By accessing or using TempInbox.online ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

TempInbox.online provides free, disposable, receive-only temporary email addresses. Addresses are generated automatically, require no registration, and expire after a limited time. All messages received by a temporary address are permanently deleted when the address expires or is discarded.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only, such as protecting your privacy, testing software, and avoiding unwanted marketing email. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity, including fraud, identity theft, phishing, or financial crime;
• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person or organization;
• Circumvent security controls, access restrictions, or abuse-prevention systems of third-party services in violation of their terms;
• Create accounts used for spamming, bot networks, fake engagement, or manipulation of online platforms;
• Receive or distribute content that is unlawful, including malware or material that infringes intellectual property rights;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to block access, discard mailboxes, or report activity to relevant authorities where we reasonably believe the Service is being used in violation of these terms or applicable law.

3. No Accounts, No Recovery

The Service provides no accounts, passwords, or recovery mechanisms. Once a temporary address expires or you generate a new one, the address and all of its messages are gone forever. Do not use a temporary address for any service where you will need long-term access, password resets, or account recovery.

4. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, message delivery, or retention. Temporary email is, by nature, ephemeral — delivery of any particular message is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempInbox.online and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to lost messages, missed verification emails, or unauthorized use of the Service by third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party mail infrastructure and displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services, including sites you register for using a temporary address.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
